Even though we missed our "California Family", we still enjoyed our time together. Kathryn and Jim's house proved to be the perfect setting to enjoy time together both indoors and outdoors. We especially enjoyed the outdoors with the warm weather that the holidays brought. It looks as though our MeMe enjoyed being outside as well!
While family was strolling on the driveway, Sawyer decided to became a "real man" and check out the woods! With a little help down the steep hill from mom and dad, he was able to become the adventuresome boy he is!Plus, with a little help from Aunt Bethany,
he was able to venture down to the creek.
Thanksgiving wouldn't be complete without family to talk with, too much delicious food to eat (including a chocolate fountain, a new addition this year!), naps to take, and... a Ping Pong game only fit for a Petty to play!
Unfortunately, I never snapped a great shot of cousins Sawyer and Zoe together. However, once they checked each other out, they each decided the other was A-okay! Dancing, hugging, and giving out kisses seemed to be the favorites. As the last night came to a close, we ended with a campfire.
