Mother's Day

Mom and I were able to spend the weekend together eating, talking, laughing, hanging out, and even seeing Kyle and Marie. We met them for lunch Sunday and they handed over their day pass to the Arboretum (Thank you!). Even though it was chilly and raining, we were able to sneak outside for a few pictures in between rain showers. I even convinced mom to stay an extra night which was a treat for me! I am blessed to have such a loving mother who has always given me more love than I ever deserved. Sometimes I get teary eyed just thinking about her and all the beauty she brings to my life.

Big Brother

Happy Birthday to my big brother on May 9th. He is always a phone call away.

Jam

Sunday afternoon my friend Autumne taught me how to make jam. We made strawberry jam first then finished up the day making strawberry and rhubarb jam (with a little help from her son!) I forgot my camera, so these were taken with my phone. Not good quality, but wanted to share.
